CPA Firm Management Association

Accountable For Change is a member of CPAFMA. Initially known as the Association of Accounting Administrators, founded January 1, 1984, to enable accounting firm administrators to communicate with one another and provide each other with the benefits of everyone’s experiences in what was a new and emerging profession.

Through CPAFMA, we continue to tap into one representative voice of the profession. We are committed to supporting this organization because it promotes the value of accounting firm managers — the very glue of CPA firms. We believe in the strong collaboration of internal leadership and management to facilitate growth and profitability of firms. Accounting firm managers provide strategic guidance, leverage and ensure there is a common methodology by which to manage their firms.

Mindshop

Accountable For Change is a member and a coach of the global Mindshop network which was established in 1994. Mindshop empowers us with the tools, resources and training to provide tailored business solutions to our clients in areas such as Growth, Profit, Leadership, Strategy and Implementation.

Accountable For Change is a partner of TruScore, formerly named The Booth Company. TruScore has over four decades of experience in 360-degree feedback and assessment customization. TruScore supports us through 360-degree design and management phases allowing us to take on the details and do the heavy lifting.  We provide tailored business solutions using your existing survey, developing a customized solution or by selecting a survey from 10 reliable and valid 360-degree surveys ready to go.

Through TruScore we access an extensive competency library made up of reliable competencies measuring behaviors, not traits. Accountable For Change is a facilitator for LEA. Founded in 1999, LEA Global is the second largest international association in the world, creating a high-quality alliance of 226 firms focused on accounting, financial and business advisory services. LEA Global firms operate from 620 offices in 110 countries, giving clients of LEA Global firms access to the knowledge, skills and experience of more than 2,300 partners and 23,000 staff members.

Dale Carnegie of Georgia

Accountable For Change is a Tandem Trainer and Course Trainer for Dale Carnegie of Georgia’s Leadership Training for Managers course. Dale Carnegie has been around over 100 years and is known for improving individual and business performance around the world. Training technologies continue to evolve and core principles remain true to a single vision: real transformation begins within.

The Leadership Training for Managers course focuses on building a culture where team members are confident in their abilities, empowered to act, enthusiastic to deliver results and inspired to make a difference. Delivery format is seven weeks or three days. For those who have completed the course, Accountable For Change offers the Beyond LTM program to help graduates implement newly learned skills.
